4. The Gift Certificate will have a validity date of a year and this will be shown clearly on the Gift Certificate.

Gift Certificate: Conditions:
1. The Gift Certificate is only valid for apparel.
2. The Gift Certificate will be redeemable at par against purchase at globalcustomworks.com. (It will not be redeemable as cash.)
3. The Gift Certificate can be used only once for $50 ,since it is not possible to split the value across more than one purchase. Unutilized parts of the Gift Certificate will be deemed to have lapsed.
4. The Gift Certificate with the price-off will only be redeemable by the recipient of the gift certificate. It will not be redeemable by its buyer, or any one else at the same address as the buyer.
5.The Gift Certificate will have a validity period of one year from the date of issue.
